Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking an experienced Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) for its College Arms Towers senior living high-rise in Deland, FL. This full-time, on-site role requires certifying and recertifying applicants for HUD compliance, auditing resident files, and maintaining accurate occupancy records.
