Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced customer operations team supporting the collectibles industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer issues, investigating claims, and working cross-functionally to deliver a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions

• Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Investigate customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations professionally.
• Partner with Operations and internal departments to resolve customer needs.
• Process customer account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate order and customer information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or customer relations experience.
• Experience with customer resolutions, claims, shipping, or order issues preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Google Workspace experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
