Customer Relations Specialist
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced customer operations team supporting the collectibles industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer issues, investigating claims, and working cross-functionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
Essential Functions
- Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Investigate customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- De-escalate challenging customer situations professionally.
- Partner with Operations and internal departments to resolve customer needs.
- Process customer account adjustments.
- Maintain accurate order and customer information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service or customer relations experience.
- Experience with customer resolutions, claims, shipping, or order issues preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Google Workspace experience.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
