Home Health LVN: IV/Wound Care Specialist (Full-Time)

ABL Health Care LLC in Danville seeks a dedicated, full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health team. You will support plan-of-care implementation, document care, and educate patients and families in their homes. The role requires CA LVN licensure, IV therapy and wound care experience, and 1 year in home health or hospice. Travel within a 10–15 mile radius is expected.
