Part Time Community Associate

Fourth Street Suite 700 40202 Louisville Kentucky The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center to handle administrative and support needs, enabling customers to focus on their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and any cleaning oversights are addressed. Throughout the day you manage customer requests such as updating WiFi codes, locating packages, setting up equipment, and answering general inquiries. You handle billing accuracy for services provided, maintain inventory, and respond to maintenance tickets. You coordinate events with the Community Manager, draft e‑invites, prepare posters, and engage prospects. You facilitate meeting room usage, recommend nearby dining, and keep the center tidy.
