A typical day includes initial evaluations, follow-up visits, patient education, documentation, and coordination of care with referring providers. You can expect to manage a steady but manageable patient schedule that allows you to focus on both outcomes and patient experience, with administrative and support staff to assist with scheduling and front-office tasks.Responsibilities include performing comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments, developing individualized plans of care, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, and incorporating modalities and functional training as appropriate. You will regularly re-assess and progress treatment plans, document accurately and efficiently in the EMR system, and communicate updates to the care team. There may be opportunities to participate in specialty programming, community outreach, or internal clinical education initiatives based on your interests and experience.Shifts typically follow standard outpatient hours on weekdays, with potential for early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules. Weekend work, if present, is minimal and depends on clinic needs. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-FL Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
