Global Business System Change Manager

The Global Business System Change Manager partners with the Sr. Manager, Business Change to lead the execution of complex organizational change initiatives, driving delivery from planning through sustained adoption. This role translates strategy into actionable plans, proactively identifying risks, shaping mitigation approaches, and enabling business readiness to minimize disruption. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $106,073 - $140,549. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.Join Our Team as a Global Business System Change ManagerEssential Functions:Execute change management plans across the GBS program.Lead change impact and readiness assessments, synthesizing insights and escalating risks as neededIdentify and address adoption risks, resistance points, and change barriersSupport cutover, go-live, and post-implementation adoption and stabilization activitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand local impacts and address concernsEnable sponsors and people leaders through talking points, FAQs, and coaching materials)Serve as a day-to-day change liaison for impacted teamsDraft, coordinate, and deliver change communications aligned with the overall change strategyMaintain communication schedules and ensure timely consistent deliveryCollect and synthesize feedback through pulse checks and other mechanismsSupport training needs analysis and learner impact assessmentsCoordinate training logistics, materials, job aids, and reinforcement activitiesSupport post-training adoption and behavior changeSkills, Knowledge & Experience:RequiredMinimum of 5+ years of progressive experience leading change for enterprise-wide or high-impact transformation initiativesDemonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional, and technology-enabled change programs, including end-to-end delivery with minimal oversightProven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, including sustained adoption at scale across functions or sitesAdvanced stakeholder influence and alignment capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and driving decisions in ambiguous or competing-priority environmentsAbility to independently translate strategy into integrated change plans, including communications, training, and adoption approaches aligned to business objectivesExpertise in impact assessment, risk identification, and mitigation, with the ability to proactively address resistance across diverse stakeholder groupsData-driven approach to change, leveraging KPIs, insights, and feedback loops to adjust strategy and ensure effectiveness at scaleStrong executive communication and storytelling skills, including development of clear, compelling messaging for leadership audiencesDemonstrated ability to coach and enable leaders, reinforcing accountability and sustaining behavior change beyond initial deploymentHigh degree of autonomy, judgment, and adaptability, operating effectively in dynamic environments with evolving prioritiesSuccess MeasuresTimely and effective execution of change activitiesStakeholder readiness and engagement levelsQuality and consistency of communications and enablement materialsSmooth transition and sustained adoption post-implementationEducation:Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fieldCertifications & Licenses:Change Management Certification (Prosci, ADKAR )No fixed deadline#LI-KD1In (Production Operations/QA) we are responsible for maintaining S&C's longstanding reputation for quality products.
