Job Description Warehouse Clerk - Bolingbrook, IL Location: Bolingbrook, IL Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday + Overtime Availability Required Pay rate: $18.53/hour (Temp-to-hire) We are seeking an experienced and detail-orient)ed Warehouse Clerkto join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will manage inbound route scheduling, generate purchase orders (POs), prepare bills of lading (BOLs), coordinate with carriers, and assist with inventory discrepancy resolution. Duties Manage inbound route scheduling and optimize warehouse flow. Generate purchase orders (POs) and prepare bills of lading (BOLs) accurately. Investigate and resolve order and inventory discrepancies. Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers, customers, and vendors via email. Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and warehouse transactions. Requirements Hands-on warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping). Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using ERP systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work overtime including Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.
