Revenue Manager, Multifamily Growth & Optimization
Omninet, Inc.
Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization across our multifamily portfolio. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Regional Managers, and onsite teams to drive occupancy, rental revenue, and NOI.
You will own revenue models, dashboards, forecasts, and portfolio reporting, with a focus on leveraging AI and analytics to enhance decision-making and performance across existing assets and new acquisitions.
