We are hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Rostraver, PA area. This position offers up to $25,000 in total bonus potential over your first three years:

• $10,000 first-year success bonus (Year 1) - rewarding key achievements during your first year
• Up to $500/month bonus eligibility (Year 2) - an additional $6,000 potential
• Up to $750/month bonus eligibility (Year 3) - an additional $9,000 potential
• The monthly bonus grows up to $1000 per month eligibility after 4 years !

RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
