Job Description
As a Shipper and Receiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes. You will be responsible for moving metal stock on carts, verifying and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment. Additionally, you will examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications and interact with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate shipping requests.
Responsibilities

• Move metal stock on carts.
• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Examine outgoing shipments to confirm they meet established standards.
• Coordinate shipping requests by interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal department personnel.

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Material handling expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Physical ability to handle heavy carts and push them occasionally.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
