You'll spend your days connecting by phone with prospective patients eager to learn how enrolling can improve their care. You'll be the warm, knowledgeable voice that turns curiosity into confidence, and confidence into enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Make an average of 120 outbound calls per day using modern call center technology to educate, inform, and answer questions about available services; enroll patients in the program and schedule an onboarding call with a pharmacy technician

• Clearly and compellingly represent the organization using an approved script
\n
• Guide prospective members through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the commitment and steps to becoming a patient
\n
• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic tone on every call
\n
• Consistently meet departmental performance metrics (outbound calls, average appointments scheduled per day, schedule adherence, quality targets, and more)
\n
• Track and record patient interactions and outcomes, and schedule enrollment appointments in company technology systems, ensuring accurate documentation
\n
• Accept and respond to inbound calls from prospective or current patients, addressing inquiries and completing calls according to procedure
\n
• Make follow-up calls as needed to reschedule patients, confirm appointments, and ensure completion of onboarding steps
\n
• Apply excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to deliver accurate information, manage challenging conversations, and uphold the company's standards of professionalism
\n
• Use multiple communication channels, including digital messaging, to support patient onboarding and ensure timely completion of the enrollment process
\n
• Adhere to all required scripting, processes, and protocols
\n
• Collaborate with providers (doctors' offices) to review the status of patient onboarding and support a smooth transition into the company's services
\n
• Always observe all patient confidentiality laws and organizational guidelines
\n

What You Bring

• Ability to adhere to a structured daily schedule, including designated start times, breaks, lunch, and end times

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented outbound and inbound call environment

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls while consistently meeting performance targets
\n
• Comfort following standardized scripts to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
\n
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with teammates to support shared goals
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills for accurate documentation
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams, plus the ability to quickly learn new software systems
\n
• Ability to work independently from a home-based office, handling continuous inbound and outbound calls throughout the workday
\n
• Understanding of and commitment to meeting daily and weekly contact center metrics
\n
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
\n

Education

\n
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
\n

Experience

\n
• At least 1 year of contact center, patient-facing provider (doctor) office, specialty pharmcy, insurance or customer service experience required
\n
• Prior experience with CRM systems, enrollment communications, and quickly learning online management platforms while multitasking on calls strongly preferred
