Act as a primary point of contact for patient families, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-ups. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate care plans and resources for patients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Assist in the organization of office workflows to promote a smooth operational environment with the ability to multitask. Be able to work in the administrative and clinical aspects of our office.
