Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Mobile Health Clinic serving rural communities in Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about expanding access to quality healthcare and building lasting relationships with patients.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in community-based settings while working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support healthcare access for rural and underserved populations.
• Travel to designated community locations as part of the mobile clinic program.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Kansas APRN/FNP license or eligibility for Kansas licensure.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and primary care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to rural and underserved communities.
