Headache Specialist- Division Director

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BC/BE Headache Specialist and Division Director of Headache to join the Department of Neurology at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, in Temple, Texas. Fellowship training in Headache Medicine or equivalent experience is required. Position Highlights Join a large neurology practice and an established headache clinic to work as a headache specialist amongst a team of 3 other headache specialists. A Division Directorship opportunity is available for those with commensurate experience. Minimal (desired but optional) inpatient responsibilities and night/weekend call (may involve approximately 1:8 general neurology weekend coverage w/a resident) The work schedule is Monday-Friday in support of clinic hours and patient care needs. The position includes opportunities for clinical, teaching and research activities in an academic environment. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple is a 636- bed acute care Level I trauma center and academic site for Baylor College of Medicine-Temple. Alternatively, they must purposefully pursue board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
