We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, opportunities for professional growth, community involvement, and a positive work environment.Position: Part Time Teller (Indianola Location)Responsibilities:Accurately process customers transactions in a timely manner.Maintain a balanced cash drawerProvide great customer service.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED required.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and etiquette).Positive, helpful, and professional attitude.Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills, computer skills, and multitasking ability.Ability to handle multiple interruptions while efficiently assisting customers in-person and over the phone.Schedule:Flexible scheduling is available Monday through Friday, with start times as early as 7:30 a.m. on Mondays and 7:45 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, and shifts ending as late as 5:00 p.m. Candidates with availability to work lunch and afternoon shifts are preferred; occasional morning availability is a plus.Rotating Saturday shifts from 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Compensation:Pay range: $15.34 - $18.04/hr (based on previous banking experience).401K with Employer Match.Employer-paid Identity Theft Insurance.Free personal checking accounts and safety deposit box.Peoples Bank is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
