Restaurant Operations Lead: Hiring & Training

Dormont Manufacturing Co

Papa John’s is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee hiring, onboarding and training of team members and delivery drivers, and supervise shift performance to ensure top quality and service. You will drive team accountability, coaching, and adherence to company policies while managing staffing and performance.
