Wound Care Nurse

Wound Care Nurse (RN)Innovive Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Certified Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team. In this role, you will provide specialized wound assessments, treatment recommendations, patient education, and ongoing clinical support to patients with acute and chronic wounds throughout Massachusetts.This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive wound assessments and identify appropriate treatment recommendationsDevelop individualized wound care plans in collaboration with physicians and the Wound Care ManagerPerform wound treatments, dressing changes, and ongoing monitoringEducate patients, families, and caregivers on wound management and prevention strategiesRecommend wound care products and supplies based on patient needsCoordinate and monitor wound care supplies and treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team membersWhat We're Looking ForActive Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing program1–2 years of wound care experience requiredExperience assessing and staging pressure injuriesCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insuranceStrong assessment, communication, and patient education skillsPreferred QualificationsNAWC Wound CertificationExperience with virtual wound care technology, including MinutefulBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)Why Innovive Health?At Innovive Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs in the comfort of their homes.
