What You’ll Do As an Accounting Support Specialist, you will be the engine behind our daily financial operations. Your core responsibilities include: Financial Operations: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing. Daily Reconciliation: Verify and close out daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll. Data Integrity: Handle data entry within our accounting systems and assist with ad‑hoc reporting and special projects. Customer Excellence: Provide top‑tier service through daily interactions with clients and internal team members. The Perks & Benefits Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Time Off: Earn up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. Requirements You are comfortable with technology and ready to hit the ground running. Experience: Either entry‑level with an Accounting degree or 2+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or professional office environment. Tech‑Savvy: Above‑average proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset. Self‑Starter: High‑level organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a high‑volume setting.
