Role Description This is a part‑time OR full‑time, on‑site OR virtual position in Norwood, MA, for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The responsibilities include performing psychiatric evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and monitoring patient progress. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based mental health care to clients. Facilitating patient education and providing compassionate care are key aspects of this role. $140,000-$180,000 based on experience and efficiency Qualifications Expertise in Mental Health Nursing, Nursing, and Psychiatric Care Qualified as a licensed Nurse Practitioner with specialization in mental health care Strong knowledge and skills in providing Mental Health Care and Psychiatric Care services Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical teams Exceptional communication skills and patient-centered care approach Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority in Massachusetts Experience with innovative behavioral health treatments, such as TMS, is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Oasis Behavioral Health Center
