Mercier Consultancy MD is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Nederlandstalige Customer Success Medewerker die klaar is voor een avontuur in Griekenland! In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen ons bedrijf en onze Nederlandse klanten, en speel je een cruciale rol in hun succes. Je zult hen ondersteunen, begeleiden en ervoor zorgen dat zij het meeste uit onze oplossingen halen terwijl je geniet van het zonnige leven in Griekenland. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met Nederlandstalige klanten. Verstrekken van uitstekende ondersteuning en begeleiding bij het gebruik van onze producten en diensten. Proactief opvolgen van klantverzoeken en zorgen voor tijdige oplossingen. Klanten helpen hun doelen te bereiken door waardevolle inzichten en deskundig advies te bieden. Bijdragen aan klantgerichte projecten en feedback om onze processen te verbeteren. Samenwerken met interne teams om klantbehoeften en verwachtingen te begrijpen. Nederlands is je moedertaal en je bent ook communicatief vaardig in het Engels. Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een customer success of vergelijkbare klantgerichte rol. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Empathisch vermogen en klantgerichte mindset. Ervaring met CRM-software en andere klantbeheertools is een pluspunt. Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken. Bereidheid om naar Griekenland te verhuizen; wij ondersteunen jou bij de verhuizing.
