Job Type: Full Time Workspace: On-Site About the Role The Vice President – Product at MeritBey is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision across MeritBey’s research, analytics, and digital intelligence platforms. This leader will build scalable product ecosystems, drive innovation, and ensure products deliver measurable business impact for clients and internal stakeholders. The VP – Product will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, research, data science, and commercial teams to align product strategy with MeritBey’s growth objectives and market positioning. Key Responsibilities Define and own the enterprise-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with MeritBey’s business goals Lead and mentor product managers, designers, and cross-functional product teams Drive product innovation across data platforms, analytics tools, AI-enabled solutions, and research products Establish product governance, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes Partner with engineering and data leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality product delivery Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into differentiated product offerings Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch, scale, and optimizationDefine and track product success metrics, OKRs, and business outcomes Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements Represent product strategy in executive forums and with key clients and partners Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 12–18+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles Proven track record of building and scaling B2B, SaaS, data, or analytics products Strong understanding of modern product development practices and Agile methodologies Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex organizations Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Experience with AI, data platforms, or research-driven products is highly desirable Ability to balance long‑term vision with near‑term execution and delivery Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients About the Company At MERIT BEY, we believe true digital success goes beyond technology—it’s built on deep understanding, strong foundations, and meaningful collaboration.
