Senior Financial Data Analyst (SAP S/4HANA / SAP Analytics Cloud)

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to lead reporting, analytics, and data solutions within a SAP S/4HANA-driven finance environment. This role is heavily focused on leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and S/4HANA data to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade financial reporting and insights.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert across SAP S/4HANA and SAC, partnering closely with Finance and FP&A to design, build, and optimize reporting solutions.

COMPENSATION: $90K – $105K

LOCATION: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Plymouth Meeting, PA)

MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card Holder ( No Visa or EAD or other please)

MUST BE: Local to the Plymouth Meeting, PA area ( No remote or Relocation applicants please)

MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience working with SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA

MUST HAVE: Experience with SQL and/or Python for data extraction, automation, or transformation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop financial dashboards, models, and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA data structures (GL, financial modules, enterprise data models)
• Translate finance and FP&A requirements into scalable SAC-based reporting solutions
• Build and optimize end-to-end reporting pipelines leveraging S/4HANA as the core system of record
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver insights supporting close, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting within the SAP ecosystem (SAC + S/4HANA)
• Support continuous improvement of data availability, integrity, and reporting performance within SAP environments

MUST HAVE (REQUIRED)

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (story building, dashboards, and data models)

• Proven experience building financial reporting and analytics solutions directly on SAP S/4HANA data
• Deep understanding of financial data structures (GL, reporting hierarchies, close processes) within SAP
• Experience partnering with Finance / FP&A teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions
• Ability to design scalable analytics solutions within SAP-native tools and architecture

NICE TO HAVE

• Exposure to complementary BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with data automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)
• Background supporting financial reporting, close cycles, or accounting processes
