Senior Process Engineer

Position Description:

• Our client is looking for process engineers to support the team through equipment design, start up, GMP Manufacturing and PPQ activities.
• The group is responsible for process equipment ownership from design through transfer to the system user group.
• They are conducting FAT activities and serving as the primary technical interface between EQ vendors and the C&Q team.
• They will transition the project into construction, and installation support as the equipment arrives onsite.
• They will then progress into C&Q activities and process engineering.
• The perfect candidate should come from a process background rather than a C&Q background.

Skills/ Background:

• 8+ years of experience GMP environment (large molecule facilities).
• Experience managing process equipment from the design phase through startup and handover.
• Green or brownfield start up work is a plus.
• Strong vendor management and coordination experience.
• FAT and SAT experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, as approximately 50% of the role involves coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working alongside construction teams during equipment installation and startup activities.
• Exposure to downstream and support equipment such as autoclaves, washers, and media preparation vessels.
• Provide expertise on technical transfers and new development projects.
• Six Sigma or Lean is a plus (+).

Degree : Engineering preferred.
