Valligent is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to help strengthen relationships with existing clients, support new client on boarding, and identify opportunities to better serve our clients with the right products and solutions. This role reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with Sales, Operations, clients, and prospective clients. The right person is a strong communicator, highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where follow-through and professionalism matter. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will help ensure clients receive timely communication, thoughtful support, and solutions that align with their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, prospective clients, and client contacts
- Support the Sales team by helping identify client needs, product opportunities, and service solutions
- Provide a high-quality client experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
- Assist with onboarding new clients and helping them understand Valligent's products, services, and communication processes
- Learn and understand Valligent's product offerings to recommend solutions that fit each client's needs
- Monitor client reporting, turn times, and service-level expectations to help ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate client feedback, needs, and opportunities to Sales, Operations, and leadership
- Proactively identify issues and help resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate sensitive or high-priority situations to executive management when appropriate
- Understand order workflows within the client management system
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and company information
We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the client experience front and center.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service or client relationship skills
- Good judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions that support both the client and the business
- Strong organization, planning, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with Sales, Operations, and leadership
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, or similar platforms
- Ability to learn client management systems and order workflows
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
The following experience is helpful but not required:
- Client success, account management, sales support, or customer service experience
- Experience in real estate valuation, appraisal, and mortgage related fields
- Experience working with client reporting, service-level agreements, or operational workflows
