Key Qualifications:

• Holds SLP and SLP-CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Licensed in Michigan or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• Experience in school settings is highly valued, though all pediatric background will be considered
• Proficiency providing both individual and group therapy sessions
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of K-12 students
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student plans
• Educate teachers and families on strategies and progress, fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Adapt to onsite or virtual (voco) therapy delivery, as assigned
