The Daily Grind (aka What Youll Do): Requirements + Job Duties

Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment

Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll

Use handheld scanners or devices to track products (well train you)

Stay active - on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace

Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized

Show up, clock in, and give a solid days work - no coasting

Keep your focus sharp - details matter when orders are on the line

Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift

Work with your crew - team-first, no drama

Stay flexible - shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory
