Job Description
We are seeking a DCJS Licensed Private Investigator to conduct discreet surveillance and thoroughly document cases. This role primarily involves extensive fieldwork, operating mostly solo or within a small team, and may require court testimony. The investigator will utilize a range of surveillance equipment to collect evidence effectively while adhering to local laws and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Perform discreet surveillance to gather evidence and monitor subjects
Collect and document evidence accurately using standard surveillance tools
Write detailed reports and maintain comprehensive case documentation
Operate equipment such as iPhones, video cameras, and discreet vehicles
Work independently or with a small team to manage investigations
Possibly provide testimony in court based on investigation findings
Ensure all activities comply with local laws and regulations

Required Qualifications
Valid DCJS Private Investigator License
Maryland Private Investigator License
Washington DC Private Investigator License
Strong knowledge of local laws relevant to private investigations

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in private investigation
