Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking two motivated and experienced Digital Product Managers to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless backlog management, and driving innovative solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering impactful digital products, aligning successfully within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

What's the Job?
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product strategies
- Coordinate backlog grooming sessions to maintain a clear and actionable work pipeline
- Support the development and implementation of product roadmaps aligned with business goals
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in backlog grooming and product backlog management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in managing digital products or related projects
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
