Emergency Physician

Position Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a full‑time board certified or board eligible Emergency Physician to join our team. The Emergency Medicine Department staffs two community Emergency Departments and one Urgent Care center located in the Greater Boston area. The physician will provide high quality care to a diverse patient population and participate in teaching medical students and residents. We are looking for a dedicated physician who excels in a collegial environment, is willing to grow professionally and help shape future clinicians. As a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, we offer ample teaching opportunities with medical students and residents. Compensation & Benefits CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary. The full‑time guaranteed base salary range of $290,000 – $315,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus performance bonus.
