Job Summary
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing patient care on a 12-hour night shift, utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment within the guidelines of the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The RN will demonstrate leadership skills, support clinical competencies through ongoing education, and supervise assigned staff while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care. The assignment is a 13-week contract and requires flexibility to float between multiple facilities as needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Arizona Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Two or more years of relevant nursing experience.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry
• Experience: 0+ years (minimum requirement)
• Float: Float rotation may be required between the following facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
• Additional Information: Position involves caring for adult patients across medical-surgical units and telemetry departments. The chosen candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and be comfortable working in different clinical environments as a float.
