General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $15.65

Shift: 2nd Shift- 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
• Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks.
