High acuity/fast paced Level 4 NICU, HIE/Therapeutic Hypothermia, VLBW/ELBW (Prematurity), Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, Heart disease/defects, Surgical neonates, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Arrhythmias, Congenital Birth Defects, Renal Failure. Patient age range: Neonatal through 1 year old; occasional > than 1 year old's.

2 years of Neonatal ICU experience required Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU Minimum # Years in Specialty: 2
