Job purpose or job summary Laird Law Firm seeks a transactional attorney to assist, consult, and represent clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, business, and contractual matters. Essential duties and responsibilities Provide legal services relating to: Commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions and related matters Estate and trust administration. Business organization, counseling, and mergers and acquisitions. Estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
