Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (93662)

Overview:Adecco Staffing is currently seeking dependable and skilled Maintenance Technicians for a Warehouse Distribution Center in Fresno, CA. This full-time position offers competitive pay between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour, with a 3rd shift role 7pm-3:30am this role, you'll be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep to ensure smooth plant operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on processing machinery and support equipmentConduct preventative maintenance and safety inspectionsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsMaintain tools, inventory, and work areas in safe, organized conditionSupport ammonia refrigeration systems and update PSM/PM recordsComplete work orders accurately and on timeFollow all company safety protocols and PPE requirementsCommunicate maintenance issues clearly across departmentsAssist with building and facility repairs as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenanceTechnical training or certification in related fields preferredHands-on experience with welding, basic electricalComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionallyPay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
