Responsibilities:

The Mission

This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the tip of the spear. You won't just be turning wrenches; you will be laying the foundation for a growing team.

• Lead from the Front: We don't do desk-jockey management. You will be in the trenches, heavily field-oriented, executing installations, inspections, and repairs with precision.
• Command the Division: Take absolute ownership of the sprinkler division. Set the standard, train the reinforcements, and scale our operations.
• Kick Ass & Take Names: Execute projects flawlessly, solve complex on-site problems, and leave our competitors in the dust.
