Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. You will manage a $2.5 million premium book of business, primarily focusing on personal lines such as home, auto, umbrella, and fire insurance. Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and cross-selling opportunities. Handle a book of business consisting of standard market accounts, with some high-net-worth clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals. Proactively identify opportunities to bring in new business. Qualifications/Requirements Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a warm and personable demeanor. Reliable and dependable with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
