What You'll Do

As an Experienced Baker at Antoine's Famous Cakes, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and taste. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing and baking a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision.
Decorating cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring ingredients are stocked.
Collaborating with our team to ensure timely and efficient production.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a talented and dedicated baker who brings both skill and passion to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
An eye for detail, especially when it comes to presentation and decoration.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
