In The Salon, You Will As a hairstylist student , you will be an integral part of the salon flow: Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience. Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL). Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests. Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
