Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management through telehealth.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of behavioral health and psychiatric conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical presentation.
• Monitor treatment response, adjust medications when clinically appropriate, and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Current and unrestricted APRN/NP licensure applicable to the states served.
• Appropriate prescribing authority and DEA registration, as required.
• Strong psychiatric assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-engagement abilities.
• Comfortable providing high-quality care through telehealth technology.

Working Hours

• Full-time / permanent opportunity.
• Primarily telehealth-based.
• Remote coverage across Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska.
• Schedule and coverage requirements to be determined based on clinical needs.
