In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Rexel team in Carrollton, TX! Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing critical projects that support the success of the company’s Marketing Strategy and achieving business goals. Strong understanding of marketing principles and communication skills will be critical in enhancing brand presence, expanding customer base, supporting sales teams, and creating high‑impact marketing campaigns. Must align with the local selling, sales leadership, and marketing teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do Work cross‑functionally with the Marketing Operations and Data teams to continuously improve the omni‑channel experience for our customers and selling organization Establish yourself as the first point of communication for local branches and sales team’s requests and feedback Manage local marketing events that are aligned with brand guidelines and support the selling organization’s objectives Gain a thorough understanding of products and solutions so that strategies can be developed for more‑effective marketing campaigns Document procedures, processes, and workflows, and recommend changes for greater efficiencies within the marketing organization Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation Discover new marketing and promotional channels Enhance the branding and customer experience within branches.
