Job Title:Construction Laborer

Location: South Metro Sites 

Pay: $20-$25/hr.

Job Description: 

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple construction trades rather than being limited to a single area. Work may include concrete work, carpentry, site cleanup, punch-list work, fixture installation, low-voltage tasks, and general labor responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad construction skill set.

Responsibilities:

•Assist with general construction activities on active job sites

•Load, unload, and move materials and tools

•Operate basic hand and power tools

•Support skilled tradespeople as needed

•Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment

•Complete punch list items and miscellaneous construction tasks

•Follow jobsite safety requirements and procedures

•Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
