Our client, a leading organization in office support services, is seeking a Office Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a Office Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting the office operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Associate - Entry Level

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Perform general office support duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
• Answer incoming telephone calls and operate the main switchboard
• Collect information and accurately enter data into computer systems
• Maintain office records, customer filings, and reports
• Distribute and process all incoming and outgoing mail

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform data processing and entry tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Reliable and proactive work ethic
