Your future role at a glance Ascension St. Johns County Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital are looking for Part-Time Chief Medical Officer to join our team! Location: St. Johns, FL Facility: St. Johns & Clay County Hospitals How you'll make an impact in this role Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversee clinical activities and quality across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization. Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care. Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans. Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs. Oversee residency program(s) and maintain a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date required.
