Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on data centers and digital infrastructure. Duties Advise data center developers and large energy users on regulatory matters. Manage infrastructure transactions and energy procurement projects. Participate in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions. Communicate complex legal matters effectively to clients and colleagues. Requirements 3-6+ years of experience in energy regulatory law or related fields. Experience with digital infrastructure and large-scale energy procurement. Strong business acumen and relationship management skills. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
