Sr. Electrical Engineer

Senior Or Intermediate Electrical EngineerVarex is seeking a senior or intermediate electrical engineer for design of high-power pulsed and CW systems used in charged particle accelerators. The successful candidate will be well versed in high voltage power supplies, modulators, and control circuits, and Varex welcomes applications from persons in a range from knowledgeable to expert level in these fields.Varex is seeking to expand its capabilities in designing power trains for its line of charged particle accelerators. The successful candidate will design and analyze electrical systems, equipment, and packaging. The individual will conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs as well as direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, testing, and prototype fabrication.
