We are seeking a motivated  Marketing and Promotions Associate to support our on-site marketing team with the execution of promotional campaigns and client marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in  marketing, sales, advertising, events, or retail who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their skills in marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns according to company standards
• Participate in product and service training for on-site marketing teams
• Support product presentations and promotional activities
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about featured client products and services
• Learn client brands, products, and marketing strategies
• Assist in developing customized marketing approaches for individual clients
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting sales and campaign goals
• Learn and apply marketing systems and processes used during promotional campaigns
• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day administrative and campaign support
• Maintain a professional and organized approach when representing client brands

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in  sales, marketing, advertising, events, retail, or customer service preferred
• Internship and previous entry-level experience will be considered
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Ability to work weekends for events and promotional activities
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
