Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - Lead Elder Care at Home & Community

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive geriatric care to medically complex older adults. This position involves collaborating with an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support medical, emotional, and social well-being, with a focus on helping elderly participants remain in their homes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in geriatric care and hold necessary nursing certifications.
