Workforce Management Specialist

Duties
Help
Keep abreast of and advise the USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6 staff of changes affecting these functional areas.
Perform on-going analysis of workforce resources support as they relate to performance and effectiveness.
Use production tools and reports to track the status of action and assist managers in competing actions in a timely manner.
Assess organization needs and identify opportunities to maximize capabilities and achieve organizational goals.
Monitor, and track all requests for personnel actions (Recruit Personnel Actions) for the activity.
Participate in and coordinate with diverse workforce teams to include other army organizations to who USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6 supplies matrix personnel.
Serve as the principal advisor for assigned areas of responsibility, preventing and/or resolving problems and providing associated advice and information.
