Position Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a busy skilled nursing rehabilitation program. This role focuses on restoring functional independence and supporting safe discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents’ functional and cognitive abilities
Develop goal-oriented OT treatment plans
Provide ADL training and therapeutic activities
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and self-care
Document progress and outcomes per facility standards
Qualifications:
California OT license in good standing
Skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to manage a diverse caseload
