Dual Recovery Clinician – PACT Qualifications Master's Degree with Independent Licensure or LADCI, LADC2, LICSW or LMHC required. Responsibilities Provide assessment, engagement, direct service, and program consultation for persons with co-occurring substance use disorder and psychiatric illness. Guide staff through training and modeling to develop and implement effective interventions supporting individuals toward dual recovery.
